The staff were helpful and always available. Umbrellas were available in the lobby, very practical. there was a shoe cleaner available. The location provides convenient access to restaurants and a nearby train station.
the room key stopped working a lot, so I had to return to reception to reprogram it. This happened pretty often, and it was quite a nuisance.

amazing locationgood areasimple process
The location was amazing I could walk to many main attractions. The hotel sits in a very good area, specifically Le Marais. I found many restaurants, shops and cafeterias. The check-in and out process was simple and quick.
The soundproofing was not the best I could hear some noise from the neighboring room at times.

The location was superb. I found several restaurants nearby. a train station just a block away.. Shopping was easily within walking distance.
My room was quite small. There was barely any closet space to put my clothes in. I also found it hard to open my suitcase on the floor.

the staff at the front desk were kind.
The room felt cramped and lacked space. there was very little room to maneuver around luggage. i also found the noise level from the street quite bothersome. It was difficult to sleep.
